Hunting in Zimbabwe

Truly, Hunting in Zimbabwe  is an experience reminescent of safaris during the days of old. Our Zimbabwe hunts take place in the wild and untamed  region of Gwayi. In fact, our camp is directly situated on the open border of the Hwange National Park. This unfenced game rich concession consists of open savannah combined with sandy terrain and beautiful wetlands. In addtition, a touch of bushveld and large lala palm trees make this a perfect hunting destination in Zimbabwe.

Indeed, this area is inhabited by trophy game including trophy elephants, lions, buffalo, and leopards. If your interest is hunting dangerous game, the opportunities here are tremndous! Additionally, plentiful trophy plains game freely roam throughout the area. Predominantly, plains game species include Sable, Kudu, Waterbuck, Roan, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Impala, Gemsbok, and more!

Gwayi Camp
Accommodations

Notably, the camp is built in the “African Style” tradition; in that, sleeping accommodations are provided in permanent tents. The tents sit on solid flooring, and are covered with thatch roofing. Also, each individual room includes comfortable bedding, furniture, and a private en-suite bathroom. Of course, all bathrooms provide hot and cold water. Additionally, delicious meals are prepared by the camp chef and are served under the thatch roofed dining area. After a long day of hunting, enjoy a sundowner while sitting around the warm boma fire. At night, relax while gazing at the magnificent display of stars and galaxies in the African sky. In particular, listen to the predators hunting nightime prey. Without a doubt, you are in Africa!
